At some point, you have been in a space where you were not at your best.  Through a continuous fight to self care and self love a fire is ignited within to rise up and embrace the changes of life.  Recognizing that the world was not designed for just you alone but your choices and ways of how you live in it is yours to create.  Then begins the battle of who you are vs who you were born to be.  Where you no longer allow obstacles to control you!  You take them, use them as growth, fill yourself with so much love that you overflow and flip the obstacle to be positive so that you can gain control over your life! BUT...

There are some who are not strong enough to take control and because he reflects to you who you were you feel fear trying to enter you.  Will you selfishly turn a blind eye to him because you did it alone and feel he should to?  OR, will you selflessly reach your hand to help your brother up by allowing your overflow of love to give him the push needed in becoming his best self too?  

The point and goal of this journal is to help with the daily practice of self-less love as well as self love.  First, you have to learn not to deplete yourself in the process of loving another because you can not give out what you do not have.  YOU ARE HUMAN AND IT IS PERFECTLY OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY AND DO NOT LET ANYBODY TELL YOU OTHERWISE!!  Always remember that all things work together for the greater good and as you overflow yourself with love allow that overflow to drip onto others too!
