There is a time in your life where you are not at your best.  It will feel like no matter how hard you try to keep going life continues to throw mud, burying you so far under it seems impossible to get through.  Yet, with self care and self love you begin to realize who you were born to be.  Rare and spectacular through every part of your existence!  You then begin to fight through that mud no matter how tough the battle is and how long it takes until you see the light.  Emerging in a beautiful way that illuminates everything that was already placed in you.

Then your sister (not just blood) comes along and is reflecting back to you who you were.  The difference is she may not have enough fight in her to get through that mud.  You have fought so hard to become your higher self!  Does that reflection you see in her scare you that you become selfish and turn away?  Or, do you remain humble remembering the overflow of nourshiment you have and allow her to receive enough of it so that she can fight and emerge too?  Knowing that just like you she is rare and spectacular in her own unique way.  So that you both can Illuminate together because all things work together for the greater good!

This journal was created to assist in daily self love and selfless love.  There will be days when you can't pour into another because you are not filled up...THAT IS OKAY AND DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE!  You are human so remember to always take the time to take care of you and on the days where you're so filled up that your overflow can reach another, allow it!  The point and goal of this journal is to practice both daily so that your self-less love days and your self-love days can be almost close to equal. 

Ex: 25/30...25 days you loved on you, you had enough to love another too!
